The Radiant Royals uses a set of ranks that apply universally across all Royal platforms and content, unless otherwise specified.Rank progression in Royal represents more than just a title, it symbolizes a shift in roles and responsibilities within our community. Members who wish to advance are encouraged to demonstrate consistency, initiative, and meaningful contributions, whether through supporting roles or leadership. We believe in balancing involvement with real life: Contribute as much as you can, without overextending yourself. Leadership ranks are expected to stay reasonably informed and active in their duties.Above all, your well-being and real life commitments take priority over any in-game responsibilities, no rank is worth unnecessary stress. Our goal is to foster a supportive environment where every member can thrive at their own pace.

All ranks have a customized icon next to their name in Discord, displaying their current rank within Royal.Heir - This rank is automatically assigned upon joining The Radiant Royals. New Members hold this rank for 30 days, giving them time to acclimate to our community and decide if the FC is the right fit. This period helps ensure a smooth transition and mutual fit for both the member and Royal. Heirs are allowed to stable chocobos and have deposit-only access to the FC chest.Nobility - After 30 days of being active in Royal you are assigned the "Nobility" rank. As a Nobility member, you gain additional privilages, including: full access to the Chocobo stables, access to the first chest slot in the FC chest, the ability to invite new members, tend to the garden and operate the Orchestrion. This rank marks your full integration into the Royal community and lets you enjoy more of our FC’s shared amenities.Sovereign - This rank is awarded to members who have been part of The Radiant Royals for one year. In addition to all the benefits of the Nobility rank, Sovereign members also have the privilege to work in the Company Workship for personal projects and FC related projects. Sovereign members are valued pillars of our FC, helping to shape and grow the family.Luminary - Unlike the Heir, Nobility and Sovereign ranks, this honor is not guaranteed to all. Luminaries are chosen for their presence, positivity, and the way they help others feel at home. This rank serves as a welcome committee for all new Royal members across our expanding servers. Luminaries gain access to a special in-game cross-world linkshell, reserved only for these members, so they can continue to keep conversation flowing across all of our Courts.

The Trial Officer rank is a prerequisite for full Officer status. This rank is given to members who have shown a strong interest in taking a more active role within the FC and have successfully completed the Trial Officer promotion process.Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Officers, Alliance Executives and the High Celestial with their duties
- Assisting with Free Company events
- Executing and maintaining Company Buffs
- Training Chocobos in the stable
- Updating the Company Board with relevant news and schedules
- Tending to the FC Garden (planting, harvesting, upkeep)
- Remaining active and engaged in Discord to support communication and coordinationTrial Officers undergo a 30-day evaluation period, after which exceptional performers are promoted to full Officer status. Those unable to fulfill Officer responsibilities may be demoted back to a lower rank. Trial Officers are vital to the smooth operation and growth of Royal.

The Officer rank is a prerequisite for advancement to Alliance Executive. They represent the first major leap into Royal’s leadership structure, and every decision they make leaves a mark. Those who rise to this level have earned it through consistency, skill, and initiative. And those who crush it here? They’re the ones who rise to become the next Alliance Executives.Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting Alliance Executives and the High Celestial with their duties
- Planning and executing Free Company events
- Executing and maintaining Company Buffs
- Training Chocobos in the stable

The Alliance Executives of The Radiant Royals embody the very spirit and heart of our community. They are the living representation of Royal’s values - showing boundless love, dedication, and selflessness every day. As steadfast, resourceful leaders, they go above and beyond to support the FC in any way needed.While the Council works as a unified team, each Executive has specific duties that include:
- Assisting the High Celestial more closely
- Addressing member concerns promptly and fairly

At the top of The Radiant Royals stands the High Celestial, held by none other than our Founder, Tiara Kisne - the driving force, visionary, and protector of all things Royal.As the ultimate authority in the FC, the High Celestial:

Decorator - This rank is assigned to housing decorators hired by Royal to work on personal or FC housing projects. Decorators are given limited permissions and access as needed to complete their work. These talented individuals help bring our creative visions to life and are a valued part of Royal's aesthetic excellence.FC Leave Notice - This rank is for members who are currently taking a break from FFXIV but plan to return. If you're planning a break, be sure to fill out the Leave Notice form as this lets us know you’re coming back and helps secure your place in the FC. Without a Leave Notice submitted, the member will be removed from both the FC and the Discord to keep our roster current with active members. We understand life happens, which is why the Leave Notice system exists, to give you room to breathe, without losing your place in Royal.FC Jail - This rank is used purely for fun and memes - and yes, it exists. One of our members once landed here for declaring In-N-Out Burger was better than Whataburger. We don’t take it too seriously…unless you start praising pineapple pizza a little too loudly. No permissions are granted while in FC Jail, it’s basically a royal time-out that usually lasts for a couple of minutes. You’ll know when you’ve been sentenced, and you’ll definitely know when you’ve been paroled.

Legacy Royal - This role is reserved for individuals who are not a member of Royal in-game but have made a meaningful and lasting impact on our community. Whether through helping build Royal from the ground up, supporting events behind the scenes, or capturing unforgettable moments through photography, these honorary members have helped shape the very legacy of Royal. No matter where their adventures lead them next, they will always have a cherished place to call home here.Recruit - This role is assigned to those who have joined the server to learn more about The Radiant Royals and see if our community is the right fit. Recruits are typically in a trial period before fully joining the FC in-game. If, after 1 month, a Recruit has not joined the FC, they will be removed from the server, as the Discord is dedicated exclusively to active FC members and close friends of Royal.Echo-Only Adventurer - This role is assigned when a member has been inactive in-game for over 45 days without submitting a Leave Notice. This serves as a soft hold and reminder that their place in the FC is not guaranteed without communication. Members under this role may be removed if an FC Leave Notice is not submitted and inactivity continues beyond a reasonable period.Royal Friends - This role is for friends of Royal members who join strictly to run content together. While they do not have full access to our community channels, they can participate in public voice chat to group up for dungeons, trials, and more. We love seeing our members enjoy Eorzea with their friends, but please note, full Discord access is a perk of FC membership and is not extended beyond this role.

Daily Roulettes - Running your daily roulettes is always more fun with friends! Just send a quick message in FC chat to form a party and knock them out together. It’s a great way to earn rewards and meet fellow members.

Monthly Contests - Each month, we host a community contest - ranging from themed glamour showcases to housing decoration challenges. The type of contest changes monthly based on interest and participation.
Prizes are awarded to the top 3 winners, so bring your creativity and show us what you’ve got!

Treasure Map Mondays - Got a stash of Timeworn Maps collecting dust? Join us every Monday for a two hour Treasure Map party where we dive into portals and chase those sweet gil and loot rewards!

The Noble Masons - Love crafting or gathering? Want to sharpen your skills while supporting the FC? The Noble Masons is our dedicated team that gathers and crafts in bulk - with 100% of profits going back into the FC to fund events, raffles, and giveaways. We have multiple master crafters and gatherers who are happy to mentor you on your journey to becoming rich (and skilled) in Eorzea!

Mount Farming - Join us for a two hour mount farming session as we tackle trials and raids to collect as many mounts for members as we can! The schedule and target mounts are posted ahead of time so you can unlock the necessary content. Pre-registration is required so we can ensure we have enough players for smooth runs and suggestions for future mounts are always welcome!

Discord Movie Night - Kick back and relax with us during Movie Night, hosted every other week in our Discord server! We often feature anime films, classics, or community picked favorites. No pressure to stay the whole time - pop in, vibe out, and enjoy the show with your fellow FC members!

Ultimate, Extreme & Savage Raids - Ready to challenge yourself with high-end content? Royal is proud to support members interested in tackling Extreme Trials, Savage Raids, and Ultimate encounters. Currently, we have one active M6S static and are working toward building additional raid groups in the near future. Whether you're an experienced raider or just looking to get started, we’d love to help you find your place in the party! Interested in forming or joining a static? Let us know in Discord!

Holiday Parties - Royal knows how to throw a celebration! We host two major holiday parties each year - one in October for Halloween, and one in December for the winter holidays. These events take place at our large estate, complete with live DJs, event photographers, and plenty of glamour! They’re some of our most anticipated events of the year and a perfect way to come together as a community, dance the night away, and make unforgettable memories.

Summer Bash - We kick off the season with a beachside party full of dancing, drinks, photo ops, and fun surprises. This is one of our most relaxed and vibrant social events, perfect for soaking up the summer vibes with your fellow FC members.

Royal Fest - August marks the anniversary of Royal’s founding, and we go all out to celebrate! Instead of just one day, we dedicate a full week of events/giveaways to honor our community, our history, and our amazing members. It’s the perfect time to join in and celebrate what makes Royal so unique!

We are determined to keep Royal fun, positive, safe, respectful and free of drama. If approved to join, all members are required to follow our Free Company Rules. Members should keep in mind that their actions anywhere on the server affects the FC reputation and potentially the reputation of members of the FC. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values of the FC and promotes a positive community on Goblin server. By joining The Radiant Royals, you are agreeing to these rules. In simple terms, just have fun and be respectful!

  • FC members should all be mindful, polite, courteous & respectful when chatting in Royal chat channels. Members should not participate in or instigate arguments with other players within public chat channels or FC chat.

  • Insulting, name calling or being generally rude to others will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate conversations or sensitive subjects which could make others feel uncomfortable or offended. (Including but not limited to topics of a sexual nature, strong language, religious/political views, in-game performance etc).

  • Racism, abuse, bullying, offensive remarks, ganging up or any sort of misconduct towards fellow FC mates will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the FC.

  • Although healthy debates are welcomed, arguments between FC members should be discussed in private and not publicly or in Royal chat channels.

  • Encouraging or driving conflict, tension and negativity in any of our chat channels is not tolerated. The community should strive to help defuse disagreements, reach friendly, respectful compromise, not escalate and/or join in.

  • Members must not express derogatory opinions regarding other players (or their guilds) in any of our chat channels or in public. This reflects poorly on Royal, and goes against our "drama-free" approach.

  • Dissatisfaction with another player or FC should be discussed privately and any complaints wished to be raised, must be sent privately to an officer to deal with.

  • Withdrawals from the FC chest should be made in moderation. Items withdrawn are strictly for your personal use and not for selling for gil or trading to non FC members. Storage of personal items in the FC chest is prohibited.

  • Officers may occasionally withdraw low value "junk" items, in order to free up space in the chest. Removed items will be sold and profits donated to the FC bank - which goes back to our members.

  • No loans will be given to members from FC funds. If we did it for 1 person, we'd have to do it for all, and this can't be sustained.

  • Any members who leave the FC, or are removed, will be automatically removed from the Discord server.

  • Violating any of the aforementioned rules may subject you to removal from the FC.

  • The Royal Discord server is only to be used by Royal FC members, unless authorized temporarily by an officer.

  • FC members should not use the Royal server to post recruitment adverts for other FC's, and should not post invitations to other FC's Discord servers in the communal channels.

  • Please use an appropriate picture for your account and ensure your Discord tag matches your in-game name.

  • We have designated Discord channels for NSFW content. Please refer to disclaimers on the specific NSFW channel to understand what is appropriate to post.

  • Please post responsibly. Officers will remove images or content which may be deemed to cause offense to other members. This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism, bullying and abuse or ganging up.

  • Please inform ALL participants in the Discord VC if you are streaming.

  • Promotion of paid services of products that are elicit are not allowed within the FC discord or to be associated within FC sites, etc. This includes Only Fans, cam sites, social media or streaming platforms that promote the selling of elicit materials - even if the entry is free. Get your bag, but please leave it out of the FC.

  • FC members should not form separate/private Discord servers, linkshell's, FC's or other community platforms with the title "Royal" included in it. This is to avoid confusion about what is an official Royal group and what isn't.

  • Raiders will be required to sign up in advance for raid nights. This is to ensure we have enough players to complete the raid. If you are assigned to a raid group, you will be required to attend raid night each week unless you have previously communicated that you will be absent. We try our best to stick to a raid schedule to ensure we continue to progress in raids, however, we understand IRL commitments come first. Communication is key.

  • This brings us to our next rule for events. Please let your Raid Leader know ASAP if you won’t be able to make a raid in order for us to find a replacement raider.

  • Royal members are not to be made to feel inadequate on FC runs or put under pressure in any way and under any circumstances. Mistakes happen and all members should be patient/understanding. Endgame content can be a challenging experience and you should be prepared for some wipes.

  • Some members will be more experienced than others so please remain patient, understanding, and supportive and do not put pressure on others in the group.

  • Rage quitting the FC or an FC group/raid is not acceptable, as this can cause alarm & disruption in the Free Company. If you leave the FC in this fashion, you will not be permitted to re-join in the future.

  • We cannot guarantee that the run will be successful, so, we'd ask that you come along with a relaxed, casual attitude and appreciate the fact that some runs will be successful and some won't.

  • Please log in at least 5 minutes before the start time, to ensure the group is formed up and able to start on time. If you are going to be late, please notify the Raid Leader, but be aware we may need to take the next person who signed-up to avoid delaying the rest of the group. During this time we will pass out potions and food for the raid team.

  • Raiders are required to utilize Discord VC for call outs. Raiders are not required to talk and may stay on mute if they would like, this is strictly for communication purposes.

  • When the Event Leader is providing callouts/instructions over voice, please keep any chatter to a minimum to make sure they can be heard.

  • Raids & events will normally last for 3 hours unless otherwise specified, please ensure you can stay for the whole event before signing up.

This award is for anyone who has been recognized for making a positive difference in the FC, whether big or small. This could be for anything from being generally helpful, sharing useful info or by showing any other small acts of kindness.

This award is for those "party animals" who don’t take themselves too seriously, and can always be seen having a laugh, goofing around, and making others laugh with them! Think of our Party Animals as the "Morale Boosting" members of our community, who really make Royal a FUN place to be! The member who receives the most nominations, will win the award!

With this award we recognize one special newcomer to the FC, who has really settled into the community brilliantly, and has already made a positive impact! This is a way to say thank you for choosing Royal, and for making a great first impression on the community! All members can nominate any newcomer for this award.

This award is reserved for a truly loyal member of the Radiant Royals who has been with the FC for over a year and continues to embody everything our community stands for. A Steadfast Sovereign is someone who has remained unwavering in their dedication, commitment, and support to the FC, standing as a shining example of what it means to be Royal. This award is a celebration of loyalty, consistency, and the positive presence that helps keep our community strong throughout the years.

👑 Announcing a New Royal Rank: Luminary 👑

Radiant Royals, a new and prestigious rank has been established within our courts: "Luminary" ✨Luminaries are members who embody the spirit of Radiant Royals through their kindness, helpfulness, and ability to bring conversation and life into our community.Unlike the Heir, Nobility and Sovereign ranks, this honor is not guaranteed to all. Luminaries are chosen for their presence, positivity, and the way they help others feel at home. This rank serves as a welcome committee for all new Royal members across our expanding servers. As we continue to grow and recruit, some of our cross-server FC's may not yet have the same level of daily conversation or activity in FC chat as Goblin does. That’s where our Luminaries shine. While all Royal members will still have the Discord, some members may choose to opt out of the Discord, which is their right to decline. Luminaries will gain access to a special in-game cross-world linkshell, reserved only for these members, so they can continue to keep conversation flowing across all of our servers regardless if a new member is in Discord or not.Though they hold no officer responsibilities, the Luminaries stand as some of our most trusted and valued members of Royal. They help close the bridge between our courts. Having this role ensures that no matter which server you join from, you’ll always have a place to talk, laugh, and share adventures with other Royals.
