These are the ranks in the The Radiant Royals Community.
Ranks are considered universal across all Royal platforms and content, unless otherwise noted.

Rank progression in Royal symbolizes a transition in roles and responsibilities. Those aspiring to advance - display consistency and initiative, contributing through support or leadership roles. Our philosophy encourages individuals to contribute within their available time without overextending themselves. Leadership ranks are expected to remain reasonably informed and active in fulfilling their specific duties. However, prioritizing real-life commitments and avoiding stress takes precedence of dedicating excessive time to Royal, regardless of rank.

Heir - This rank is automatically given at the time of joining the FC. This rank will be assigned for 30 days in order to give any new members time to get acclimated and determine if our FC is the right fit for them. This rank does not have access to the FC chest and is only allowed to deposit items and stable Chocobo's.Nobility - After 30 days of being active in Royal you are assigned the "Nobility" rank. In addition to having access to the Chocobo stables, you will have access to the first 3 chest slots in the FC chest, the ability to plant in the garden and operate the Orchestrion.Sovereign - This role is for those who have remained in Royal for 1 year. In addition to all of the above, they also have the ability to send member invitations to those who they believe would fit in with the community.All ranks have a customized icon next to their name in Discord, displaying their current rank within Royal.

This is a prerequisite rank for Officer. These are members who have shown an interest in becoming more involve within the FC and have applied/completed the Officer interview process. The responsibilities of the Trial Officers include assisting the Officers/Executive Officers/Master with duties, managing the Company Workshop and planning/executing events. Exceptional Trial Officers will be promoted to Officer after their 30 day Trial Officer period is over. Trial Officers may be demoted from their rank if they are not able to perform their Officer duties.

This is a prerequisite rank for Alliance Executive. The responsibilities of Officers include assisting the Executives with duties, managing the Company Workshop and planning/executing events. Exceptional Officers who demonstrate consistent and effective support for the Executives and the Master, may be considered for further advancement within the Council.

The Alliance Executives of Royal represent a team of people who represent everything it means to be in The Radiant Royals. They are embodiments of Royal by displaying an endless amount of sheer love and dedication to the community. Our Alliance Executives are selfless by default and steadfast, resourceful, and go above and beyond the call to assist in whatever way needed. The Alliance Executives alongside the Master, make up The Royal Council. While the Council acts as one team, Executive related duties are specific to the individual and include assisting the Master more closely and overseeing The Radiant Royals FC across all servers.Our Alliance Executives often work behind the scenes, making sure member concerns are handled, events are being run, ranks are performing and that Royal is operating smoothly among each server FC! The Alliance Executives may also act as a unified figurehead in the event the Master herself is unreachable or in need of great assistance.

The highest rank within Royal is the Master, also known as our Founder, Tiara Kisne. This role holds authority over major decisions, oversees all operations, and leads The Royal Council while actively contributing as a member. The responsibilities of Master include updating rules, leading Council Meetings, assisting with recruiting, managing event calendars, FC website and Community Finder, overseeing promotions and discharges, special events, and long-term planning alongside The Royal Council.

Decorator - This rank is assigned to housing decorators hired by Royal.FC Leave Notice - Members who are on a FFXIV break but plan to return. If you are planning on taking a FFXIV break, please fill out the Leave Notice form. Without a Leave Notice submitted, inactive members will be moved to this rank. After a certain time period has passed, if the member does not return and no communication has been received - the member will be removed from the FC and the Discord.FC Jail - This rank is used purely for fun! One of our members was placed in FC Jail purely for stating In-N-Out Burger was better than Whataburger. You get what we mean. ;)

Legacy Royal - This is a Discord only role for those who are no longer a part of Royal in-game but have made a huge positive impact in Royal's success. These are our honorary members who will always have a home within Royal.Recruit - This a Discord only role for those who have joined the Discord to find out what Royal is all about. This role is for Discord members that are in an FC trial period (to determine if our community is the right fit for them). After 1 month of being in this role, if the member does not decide to join the FC, they will be removed by leadership as the Discord is strictly for members and friends of Royal.Wanderer - This is a discord only role for those who have been inactive in-game for over 45 days and have not submitted a FC Leave Notice. These members are at risk of being discharged from the FC as we like to maintain a current and active roster.Royal Friends - This is a Discord only role for friends of our members who are strictly running content together. Players with this Discord role do not have access to any additional channels within Discord aside from a public VC, which they can use to run content together. We encourage our FC members to continue running content with their friends, even if they aren't a part of Royal. However, the channels within the Discord are a perk of being in the FC and can only be accessed by FC members.Leave Notice - For members who have given notice that they will be away from the game for a bit. Submitting a Leave Notice secures your spot within Royal.

Along with our Free Company buffs, we also offer a few other perks for being a member of Royal.

Need your items now? Have the materials but don’t want to spend extra gil on the market board? Royal is home to several top-tier crafters and omni crafters who are always willing to answer assist with getting you the items you need. Whether its a glamour piece or housing item, place an Artisan Request in the Discord channel #artisan-requests and your request will be assigned to a crafter/gatherer promptly!

Every Friday in our Discord, we raffle off items such as minions, mounts, glamour, class boots, gil prizes, etc. It costs nothing to enter and is our way of saying thank you for choosing your home at Royal!

Our buff schedule is below. We have reduced rates II up every day and we rotate crafting, gathering and battle leveling buffs throughout the week! We offer grade 3 buffs on weekends when you'll be playing the most.

Scheduling fun events are a major feature of our community, our number one way of getting players together regularly, and has become a part of our reputation. Learn more about our events below!

Daily Roulettes - Send a quick message in FC chat to form a party to run dailies together!

The Eureka Chronicles - Have you ever wanted to do the Eureka content but found it too overwhelming? Maybe you have done it but didn't have anyone to run it with or were confused on what to do. Well you're in luck! We invite all FC members to join and learn this content! To run Eureka you need to have a level 70 character and have Stormblood completed.

Contest - Each month we attempt to host a contest of some sort, whether it's a themed glamour contest or a housing decorating contest (this depends on the number of participants), so it varies by month. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the event to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Mount Farming - These events typically last for two hours and we make it our mission to farm as many mounts as possible within those two hours! You'll be able to see which mounts we are farming ahead of time in order to ensure you have the content unlocked prior to the event. We also take suggestions on which mounts we should farm next! Prior registration is required to attend this event in order to make sure we have enough players to run the content together.

Noble Masons - Do you enjoy crafting and/or gathering and would like to put your skills to use while also contributing the FC? The Noble Masons is a crafting/gathering team, where we come together to craft/gather in bulk and 100% of profits are donated to the FC. This is to keep up with the costs of events, giveaways, etc. We have several master crafters/gathers who are willing to teach so that you can master all of the skills that you need to become rich in-game.

Treasure Maps - Want to finally use all of those Treasure Maps you've accumulated? Join our Monday Timeworn map parties! They run for 2 hours. Instructions are given by our event hosts to link map locations within the party chat. You must have at least 1 Level 60-90 Disciple of War or Magic Job and bring up to 3 Timeworn 8-Man Maps. This is a weekly event. Prior registration is required to attend this event in order to make sure we have enough players to run the content together.

Game Night or Hide and Seek - We alternate between these two! Our game nights usually consist of Jackbox Games or Lethal Company, but we are always open to other games! Hide and Seek nights are particularly popular because of how fun they are! We will pick 3 housing wards to hide in (outside only) and our initial seeker will have to find you! Once you've been found, you join the seeker in searching for the others! Prizes are given out to those who remain hidden once the seeking team runs out of time. Prizes will also be given out to the seeking team if they manage to find everyone!

Discord Movie Night - We host a movie night every other week in Discord with a movie chosen via poll. Recently we've watched some amazing anime films. Feel free to come and go as you please!

Ultimate/Extreme/Savage Raids - If you're looking to dive into harder content, consider joining our extreme/savage/ultimate raid teams! As of right now we have one 8-man Ultimate raid team formed within the FC and 3 additional Savage/Extreme raid teams. Each raid team attends a weekly raid night led by one of our Raid Leaders. The minimum requirements to join are; have at least 1 level 90 Disciple of War or Magic Job and minimum 640 gear. This is a weekly commitment as we like to keep a consistent schedule for progress.

Holiday Parties - We have two main holiday parties of the year. One during October for Halloween and one in December for the holidays. We either hose these at our estate or at some of Eorza's most exquisite clubs. We also hire the best DJs and photographers! Be sure to wear your best Halloween and Holiday glamours! We look forward to these events as they bring our community together!

Summer Bash - Bring your swimsuit and get ready to kick off the summer with our annual beach party! Join us for drinks, photo's, and dancing! (Make sure to put sunscreen on those ears, Viera's.)

Royal Fest - August marks the month that Royal was officially founded as a free company and thus we use August to celebrate our founders day! Instead of one day of events we dedicate an entire week to celebrate - featuring unique events mixed in with some of our regularly scheduled favorites!

The Noble Spartans is led by Fuzz Callipygian on Friday nights from 8-11pm CST. Currently this static is running The Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate).

Our current Raid Leader positions are full, however, we will post an announcement in Discord or the company board if any positions open up.

We are determined to keep Royal fun, positive, safe, respectful and free of drama. If approved to join, all members are required to follow our Free Company Rules. Members should keep in mind that their actions anywhere on the server affects the FC reputation and potentially the reputation of members of the FC. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values of the FC and promotes a positive community on Goblin server. By joining The Radiant Royals, you are agreeing to these rules. In simple terms, just have fun and be respectful!

  • FC members should all be mindful, polite, courteous & respectful when chatting in Royal chat channels. Members should not participate in or instigate arguments with other players within public chat channels or FC chat.

  • Insulting, name calling or being generally rude to others will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate conversations or sensitive subjects which could make others feel uncomfortable or offended. (Including but not limited to topics of a sexual nature, strong language, religious/political views, in-game performance etc).

  • Racism, abuse, bullying, offensive remarks, ganging up or any sort of misconduct towards fellow FC mates will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the FC.

  • Although healthy debates are welcomed, arguments between FC members should be discussed in private and not publicly or in Royal chat channels.

  • Encouraging or driving conflict, tension and negativity in any of our chat channels is not tolerated. The community should strive to help defuse disagreements, reach friendly, respectful compromise, not escalate and/or join in.

  • Members must not express derogatory opinions regarding other players (or their guilds) in any of our chat channels or in public. This reflects poorly on Royal, and goes against our "drama-free" approach.

  • Dissatisfaction with another player or FC should be discussed privately and any complaints wished to be raised, must be sent privately to an officer to deal with.

  • Withdrawls from the FC chest should be made in moderation. Items withdrawn are strictly for your personal use and not for selling for gil or trading to non FC members. Storage of personal items in the FC chest is prohibited.

  • Officers may occasionally withdraw low value "junk" items, in order to free up space in the chest. Removed items will be sold and profits donated to the FC bank - which goes back to our members.

  • No loans will be given to members from FC funds. If we did it for 1 person, we'd have to do it for all, and this can't be sustained.

  • Any members who leave the FC, or are removed, will be automatically removed from the Discord server.

  • Violating any of the aforementioned rules may subject you to removal from the FC.

  • The Royal Discord server is only to be used by Royal FC members, unless authorized temporarily by an officer.

  • FC members should not use the Royal server to post recruitment adverts for other FC's, and should not post invitations to other FC's Discord servers in the communal channels.

  • Please use an appropriate picture for your account and ensure your Discord tag matches your in-game name.

  • We have designated Discord channels for NSFW content. Please refer to disclaimers on the specific NSFW channel to understand what is appropriate to post.

  • Please post responsibly. Officers will remove images or content which may be deemed to cause offense to other members. This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism, bullying and abuse or ganging up.

  • Please inform ALL participants in the Discord VC if you are streaming.

  • Promotion of paid services of products that are elicit are not allowed within the FC discord or to be associated within FC sites, etc. This includes Only Fans, cam sites, social media or streaming platforms that promote the selling of elicit materials - even if the entry is free. Get your bag, but please leave it out of the FC.

  • FC members should not form separate/private Discord servers, linkshell's, FC's or other community platforms with the title "Royal" included in it. This is to avoid confusion about what is an official Royal group and what isn't.

  • Raiders will be required to sign up in advance for raid nights. This is to ensure we have enough players to complete the raid. If you are assigned to a raid group, you will be required to attend raid night each week unless you have previously communicated that you will be absent. We try our best to stick to a raid schedule to ensure we continue to progress in raids, however, we understand IRL commitments come first. Communication is key.

  • This brings us to our next rule for events. Please let your Raid Leader know ASAP if you won’t be able to make a raid in order for us to find a replacement raider.

  • Royal members are not to be made to feel inadequate on FC runs or put under pressure in any way and under any circumstances. Mistakes happen and all members should be patient/understanding. Endgame content can be a challenging experience and you should be prepared for some wipes.

  • Some members will be more experienced than others so please remain patient, understanding, and supportive and do not put pressure on others in the group.

  • Rage quitting the FC or an FC group/raid is not acceptable, as this can cause alarm & disruption in the Free Company. If you leave the FC in this fashion, you will not be permitted to re-join in the future.

  • We cannot guarantee that the run will be successful, so, we'd ask that you come along with a relaxed, casual attitude and appreciate the fact that some runs will be successful and some won't.

  • Please log in at least 5 minutes before the start time, to ensure the group is formed up and able to start on time. If you are going to be late, please notify the Raid Leader, but be aware we may need to take the next person who signed-up to avoid delaying the rest of the group. During this time we will pass out potions and food for the raid team.

  • Raiders are required to utilize Discord VC for call outs. Raiders are not required to talk and may stay on mute if they would like, this is strictly for communication purposes.

  • When the Event Leader is providing callouts/instructions over voice, please keep any chatter to a minimum to make sure they can be heard.

  • Raids & events will normally last for 3 hours unless otherwise specified, please ensure you can stay for the whole event before signing up.

Need to be away from FFXIV for a bit? No worries! Fill out a Leave Notice so that we know you'll be coming back eventually. Members who have been inactive for over 45 days are removed from the FC and Discord. This is to keep our FC roster current with active players. However, we understand things come up and maybe you need to step away for a bit. This is why filling out a Leave Notice is beneficial! It secures your spot within the FC until your return. For special circumstances, please reach out to an Officer.

This is our special way of recognizing those people who help make our community the positive, friendly and helpful place that Royal is. Without YOU, there is no Royal - so why not celebrate you? Every so often we carry out a Royal Awards ceremony, where we issue out special awards to individuals who have been noticed for making positive contributions to the FC. It’s so important to us that we shout-out and celebrate all those who’ve made a positive difference, big or small!Our members themselves can nominate fellow Royals to win three of our four awards. This award is for anyone who has been recognized for making a positive difference in the FC, whether big or small. This could be for anything from being generally helpful, sharing useful info or by showing any other small acts of kindness.

This award is for those "party animals" who don’t take themselves too seriously, and can always be seen having a laugh, goofing around, and making others laugh with them! Think of our Party Animals as the "Morale Boosting" members of our community, who really make Royal a FUN place to be! The member who receives the most nominations, will win the award!

With this award we recognize one special newcomer to the FC, who has really settled into the community brilliantly, and has already made a positive impact! This is a way to say thank you for choosing Royal, and for making a great first impression on the community! All members can nominate any newcomer for this award.

This award is for all those dungeon addicts & raid fanatics! Show your appreciation to those awesome members who constantly give up their time to help out their fellow Royal's with running content, such as dungeons, raids, roulettes, maps, fates, pvp, or any other in-game content!

You can be assured that Royal has a solid, tight-knit, positive and collaborative officer team, who are approachable, open minded and hard working. These are the benefits of becoming an Officer:

While there are many benefits to the Officer role, we all collectively work as a team to keep the FC running smoothly. These are our shared Officer tasks that fall under the Officer rank:- Reviewing new member applications in our forum, discussing each one and voting with the Council.
- Involving and assisting FC members in dailies, roulettes, PvP, etc. to help others feel included. This is our most important task.
- Remaining active within the game - even if it's just to chat with other members
- Maintaining a peaceful, respectful atmosphere and dealing with any disruption/conflict
- Searching for approved new members in-game and inviting them onboard to the FC if available
- Re-activating FC buffs and purchasing new ones
- Keeping FC plants watered
- Checking for new "in-game applications" and reaching out to potential new members for introductions
- Assist with generating revenue for the FC
- Assist with hosting FC related events or filling in if an Officer is unable to
- Advising the Royal Council of any membership modifications (members joining & leaving, etc.)
- Answering member queries generally (Discord and in-game)
- Feeding chocobo's in stables and notifying members when they are due to level
- Keeping Discord channels content organized and appropriate
- Contributing to discussions and helping to resolve issues in ALL areas (raiding, recruiting, community events, etc.)
- Collaboration in planning Royal events
- Assist with recruiting members for raid groups (if needed)
- Attend Officer meetings - if availableMeet our current Officers & Executive Officers that you will be working closely with, if you are accepted!
